Alex Montorro
CEO

Alex is an established member of the addiction recovery community who found sobriety at a young age and has since applied recovery principles to achieve a fulfilling life. Grateful for his own journey, the founder recognizes a significant disparity between those in need of assistance and the available support systems. Acknowledging the scarcity of counselors and support, he founded Mai Support.

Professionally, Alex brings a wealth of experience from his roles in various publicly-traded companies, including multi-location and international firms, where he focused on significant risk management, internal controls, tax, and accounting efforts.

Throughout his career, Alex has supported companies through growth and expansion phases, playing pivotal roles in establishing robust accounting frameworks and reporting platforms. His expertise extends to evaluating and documenting internal controls, collaborating closely with management to enhance financial reporting integrity, and developing comprehensive accounting policies and technical accounting memoranda. He has also led project management initiatives in these areas.

His career has included senior roles such as Divisional CFO and Controllership positions, spanning both domestic and international arenas, where he has consistently applied his expertise to drive strategic financial management and operational excellence.

Alex holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Miami. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Raghu Bala is Founder of UnifyGPT.ai dba Synergetics.ai , an AI startup, based in Orange County, California. UnifyGPT produces AI and Autonomous Agents for Enterprises. He is an experienced technology entrepreneur and is an alumnus of Yahoo, Infospace, Automotive.com, PwC, and has had 4 successful startup exits.

Mr. Bala possesses an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BA/BS in Math and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is the Head Managing Instructor for MIT courses in AI, Decentralized Finance, and Blockchain on the 2U platform. He is also an Adjunct Professor at VIT (India), and an ex-Adjunct Lecturer at Columbia University, and a Deeptech Mentor at IIT Madras(India).

He is a published author of books on technical topics and is a frequent contributor online for the last two decades. His latest books include – co-author of “Handbook on Blockchain” for Springer-Verlag publications (2022), and a Contributing Editor of “Step into the Metaverse” from John Wiley Press.

Antoine Zervudacki’s drive is spreading the creative-entrepreneurial spirit to all leaders who seek to “grow and make other grow”; and transmit inspiring knowledge in a pedagogical and entertaining way.

He is a Professor of the Innovation Design MBA at the ICON University in León, Guanajuato.

He has mentored over 500 startups in the US, Europe, and Latin America.

He has hosted the “Transformation” chapter of the Mundo Ejecutivo Magazine.

He is a coach for extraordinary leaders from Latin America and the United States, such as the CEO of an American Venture Capital and the CEO of a Worldwide Wellness Company.

He has given more than 100 conferences in scenarios such as EXMA and Nikken Master Days on various topics such as: Digital Transformation & Business Growth, Digital – Innovation – Marketing – Creativity – Communication, Management, Organization & Culture Design, Transformational Leadership, Agile & News Ways of Work, Innovation Methodologies, startup, etc.
